if you do think this is a good deal what age kitten should i adopt and what age do you think i should adopt for a 13 year old girl and a 4 year old boy my kids really want a kitten so should i adopt a kitten or wat do you think???? also what breed should should i adopt i want a breed that is nice to children and does not need that much grooming
so my kids age is fine to adopt a kitten my little one is good because i dont want him to get hurt

That is a good deal for a cat.

Since your son is still rather young it may be a good idea to adopt a slightly older cat. Kittens are delicate and like to play with their claw and may scratch your son. Older cats are usually better behaved, they are not as delicate and if your son is a little to rough with petting or playing an older cat is going to be better able to handle that.

Kitten take more work. I prefer older cats their personalties are already set, so you can get search for a cat that is not skittish around children and enjoys attention.

Also by adopting an older cat you are doing a great deed. A lot of older animals are passed over simple because they are not babies. Older animals make wonderful pets.
