My kittens eye has drooped/gotten smaller?

Last night, we took our 7 week old kitten Flynn to the vet to have his first injections for Feline Herpes(rhinotracheitis), Cailici virus, and Panleukopenia. The vet also gave him a worming tablet. The night before we took him to the vet, we gave him some sort of Flea treatment, because he had fleas. According to the vet, he also has ear mites. And the place we got him from wasn’t all that clean either. Anyway, when I got up this morning I noticed Flynn’s right eye was closed a little, making it look smaller. It looked droopy, and I’m not sure if he can close it or not(I’ve tried to check, but he moves too fast). So I was wondering, is this something to worry about? Could the needles, the flea treatment, or the worming tablet have caused this?

congratulations on the adoption of your kitten and thumbs up for getting him all of his vaccines right away. kittens can still get some passing bugs like infants, so a little runny eye isnt much to worry about. however, if the eye becomes crusty or kitten has a runny nose also you should re- consult your vet. as a reminder, carefully consider your flea and tick treatments, most are not approved for kittens younger than 4 months. best luck, flynn!
